      Inspired by the original Billecart-Salmon bottle which was created in 1818, this decanter allows the champagne to open up and reveal all of its aromas. Decant the champagne by pouring it gently along the sides of the decanter, and this simple operation will allow the champagne to open and will soften the effervescence.

      Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous Bois
      This unique cuvée, which is entirely vinified in oak, is composed of the three Champenois grape varieties in equal proportions. Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, Premier and Grand Cru Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Pinot Meunier from the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne. It totally masters the art of blending by renewing the ancestral spirit and savoir-faire of the original champagnes.

      Flavors of baked pineapple, chopped black cherry, grilled nut and pickled ginger expand on the palate of this expressive Champagne backed by a firm spine of integrated acidity. Fine like raw silk on the palate, and the lightly mouthwatering finish carries accents of lime blossom, chalk and oyster shell. - Wine Spectator, November 2021, 93 Points
