We comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. At Kent Street Cellars, we are happy for a return on any stock that does not come as ordered if it is claimed within 7 working days. For all incorrect products, please ensure you provide the name of the business, your name, the date the order was delivered and the transaction number. Allow for 10 working days for all refunds & exchanges to be processed. Orders placed incorrectly and require returns will be charged additional freight and handling costs.
At Kent Street Cellars we aim to ensure that every product you purchase is delivered to you in the best possible condition. For this reason we do not accept returns on items due to a change of mind, as once products have left our warehouse we do not have the ability to control their handling or storage. We accept that on rare occasions a product may be "faulty" and we are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price, however a minimum 3/4 full bottle must be provided to us for assessment prior to a refund being approved. The cost of return shipping in this instance will be covered by Kent Street Cellars.
Kent Street Cellars does everything possible to ensure old and back vintaged wines are of the best provenance and are stored and shipped with the upmost care. However, there is an inherent risk when purchasing aged wine due to factors outside of our control. If you believe an aged wine is faulty, we require evidence of proper storage in addition to the above return criteria. Further assessment of the wine(s), such as chemical analysis and supplier tasting, may be required. If the wine is judged to be of sound quality, the contents will be shipped back to you at your cost. If the wine is deemed faulty, a refund will be provided. This policy is valid from one year from purchase date.
