Refund and Return Policy

At Kent Street Cellars we aim to ensure that every product you purchase is delivered to you in the best possible condition. For this reason we do not accept returns on items due to a change of mind, as once products have left our warehouse we do not have the ability to control their handling or storage. We accept that on rare occasions a product may be "faulty" and we are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price, however a minimum 3/4 full bottle must be provided to us for assessment prior to a refund being approved. The cost of return shipping in this instance will be covered by Kent Street Cellars.

We comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. At Kent Street Cellars, we are happy for a return on any stock that does not come as ordered if it is claimed within 7 working days. For all incorrect products, please ensure you provide the name of the business, your name, the date the order was delivered and the transaction number. Allow for 10 working days for all refunds & exchanges to be processed. Orders placed incorrectly and require returns will be charged additional freight and handling costs. 

For returns and exchanges requiring a refund, please note that Kent Street Cellars requires evidence that the parcel has either been posted back to us or been confirmed by one of our courier partners as being successfully intercepted to be returned to us. The confirmation of the latter can take up to 10 business days. Evidence of an item being posted back can be a tracking link, courier receipt or any other documentation that Kent Street Cellars deems as sufficient.
