Do you have a store?

While we no longer operate a physical store, we've transitioned to being an exclusively online retailer.
This allows us to offer you a curated selection of the finest wines, spirits, and lifestyle products from around the world, all delivered straight to your door. Shopping online means you get accesss to our premium offerings at any time, with the added benefit of fast, reliable shipping straight to you, no matter where you are in Australia (or Internationally—email us for a shipping quote).

Where are you based?

We are proudly based in Australia and serve customers across the country. Our headquarters are in Sydney, but we deliver nationwide, ensuring that everyone, from major cities to regional areas, can enjoy the carefully curated selection we offer. Whether you're looking for a rare vintage, limited release bottle or everyday essentials, we make it easy for you to shop and have it delivered quickly to your door.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a Click & Collect service. As we're an exclusively online retailer, all orders are processed and delivered directly to your door. This allows us to provide you with a streamlined and convenient shopping experience, with fast, reliable delivery no matter where you are in Australia. If you need assistance with your order or shipping options, please feel free to email us at support@kentstreetcellars.com.au or chat to the team on the live chat Monday - Friday during business hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! We currently ship to New Zealand, and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.
For other international destinations, shipping, customs and duties can vary, and unfortunately, these costs cannot be calculated at check. If you're located outside of Australia or New Zealand and would like a shipping quote, please feel free to contact us at sales@kentstreetcellars.com.au, and we'll be happy to assist you with the details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking details, so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way. If you'd like to track your order independently, simply log into your account on our website, where you'll find your order history and tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure you get your items as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us immediately via email at support@kentstreetcellars.com.au or via the live chat in the bottom right hand corner. While we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is processed, we'll do our best to accommodate any requests if your order hasn't been shipped yet. If your order is already on its way, we can guide you through our return process if required.
