For weddings and events, getting organised early is always a good idea, particularly if you have specific bottles or larger quantities in mind.
You're welcome to order ahead if you're able to receive and store your drinks until the event. For standard stock, we're generally unable to hold orders for extended periods or guarantee a specific future delivery date, so talk to our team if timing is important.

Can you help work out how much we need?
Yes. Tell us your guest count, how long the event will run, whether food is being served and what your guests are likely to drink. We'll help work out sensible quantities across the categories you're serving.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing may be available depending on the size and selection of your order. Once we know what you're looking for and your approximate spend per bottle, we'll factor any applicable pricing into your quote.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most in-stock orders are dispatched the same day, next business day or within two business days outside peak trading periods. Dispatch may take longer during major promotions, seasonal peaks or where an item requires additional processing.
Can you help choose the wines and drinks?
Absolutely. Tell us roughly what you'd like to spend per bottle and any varietals, regions, brands or styles you have in mind. If you're not sure where to start, we're happy to recommend options based on your event, menu and guests.
Can you deliver directly to our venue?
Yes. We can deliver to homes, venues, event spaces and other locations across Australia, provided someone is available to receive the order. Let us know where your event is being held and we'll advise on the available delivery options.
Can you hold our order until the event?
We generally can't hold standard range stock for extended periods. If you're planning well ahead, you're welcome to place your order earlier and receive and store it yourself, or contact us closer to the event when we can confirm current availability and pricing.
Do you provide ice, glassware, bar staff or equipment?
Our event service focuses on drinks and delivery, so we don't provide ice, bar staff or equipment hire. We do, however, stock a range of glassware and entertaining accessories that can be purchased with your order.
