Veuve Clicquot Rosé NV Colouring Kit
At Veuve Clicquot, colour is a source of boundless creativity, inspiration, and audacity. Not only do they admire colour and integrate it into everything they do - their unmistakeable, iconic sunburst yellow comes to mind! – but color has long been essential to the House’s heritage.
Did you know that two of Madame Clicquot’s most audacious innovations were inspired in part by color? The riddling table, for a champagne pure in color, and the first known blended rosé champagne, her creation distinct in taste, aroma, and luminous color. She knew that color is essential to appreciate a wine. Allow this fun, foldable poster to take you on a colorful journey through the Veuve Clicquot universe, winding past the House’s audacious innovations and experiences.
Madame Clicquot created the first blended Rosé in 1818 by adding some red wine to Yellow Label champagne. The result was Veuve Clicquot Rosé, a fruity and full-bodied expression of the Veuve Clicquot style. Made using 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvee is based on Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend, 44 to 48 % Pinot Noir, 13 to 18 % Meunier, 25 to 29 % Chardonnay. Coppery-orange color. Expressive aromas of strawberry and very ripe wild strawberries. A full-bodied, structured, vinous palate which stays fresh. Length and character define this champagne.
