Made from whole-bunch–pressed fruit, the free-run juice was selected for its purity before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. The blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay was aged on lees to build texture and complexity while retaining a clean, mineral backbone. With less than 2 grams of residual sugar, this vintage Cuvée sits firmly in the dry style, showing balance, finesse and persistence.
