Small and intimate, the Polmos Żyrardów distillery delivers Belvedere’s signature consistent quality and has been recognised by the European Commission for its aggressive sustainability agenda, having reduced energy-related CO2 emissions by 42% since 2012. Belvedere’s production is regulated by the Polska Vodka legal regulation, one of the strictest in the world. As the appellation dictates, all production must take place on Polish soil, the spirit must be made of either grain or potato, and nothing else can be added.
Belvedere is created by a collective - a family of employees who distill Belvedere in its hometown of Zyrardów in Poland. Belvedere only sources its Polska rye locally, which is 100% organic. They work closely with eight agricultural partners allowing 100% traceability of the grains. It also started the Raw Spirit Program, launched in partnership with the Technical University of Lodz, to promote the sustainable growth of Polska rye.

60 ml Belvedere Vodka, 7.5 ml Dry Vermouth
Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir for 15/20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Nose - Soft, Vanilla Flower, Cream
Soft and inviting, with notes of vanilla and cream.
Palate - Smooth, Vanilla Sweetness, Black Pepper
Full and round with medium body and a naturally smooth, rich and velvety texture. Light vanilla notes sway between sweet and savoury, with a hint of black pepper and spice.
Finish - Almond, Clotted Cream, Brazil Nut
Sustained with notes of almond, clotted cream and faint brazil nut characteristics.
Clean and subdued with very faint tangerine and lemon zestyness, floral notes and rye bread crust. Wonderfully clean and silky with a creamy mouthfeel.
