Arran 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

Production began at Arrans first distillery in beautiful Lochranza almost 30 years ago.  Many other locations were considered at the time, but the proximity to Loch na Davie provided them with a rather special source of fresh water for distilling.  They knew this would hold them in good stead in the years to come. Their second distillery opened in the south of the island in 2019 at Lagg, where they produce a very unique style of peated single malt.

The classic Arran 10 Year Old Single Malt encompasses the unique taste of the beautiful island the distillery calls home and is one of the best single malt whiskies Scotland has to offer. This whisky has luscious citrus fruits aromas. The palate has an initial rush of rich vanilla sweetness gives way to a touch of cinnamon which adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture. The classic Arran citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak. The finish offers sweetness with apple, citrus, and cinnamon.
