    Yarra Yering Underhill Shiraz 2017 vintage is medium bodied, cool climate, perfumed shiraz with little hints of spice. Aromas of red plums and dark cherries blended with cured meats. The palate begins with elegant and bright fruit intensity. There is a use of whole berries shining through with a smooth composure. Shaped by finely boned tannins, the long palate is supported by a touch of oak char on the finish.
