The wine undergoes natural fermentation, with a small portion of whole bunches included for complexity. After fermentation, the wine is matured in French oak barrels, with 25% of the barrels being new, to allow for the seamless integration of flavours. The result is a bright crimson Pinot Noir with layers of red fruit aromas, floral notes, and a touch of spice.
