Eight different clones of Nebbiolo and a small amount of Barbera exist on this plot of land. The team at Unico Zelo has approached this varietal classically. This includes a long maceration of 30 days and maturation of 18 months in old, large format oak. The resulting wine is brooding, ethereal, and spicy.
