      Tsutsumi Mokachu is a shochu-based coffee liqueur from Shiga, Japan, offering a considered take on the modern espresso martini. Arabica beans and cocoa are cold-steeped in rice shochu, yielding a smooth, layered profile that bridges dessert and digestif. Expect notes of bitter chocolate, burnt caramel, and roasted hazelnuts, all grounded by the dry, subtle warmth of traditional shochu.
