To create the The Milk & Honey Distillery Elements Sherry Single Malt Israeli Whisky the team at the distillery travelled Jerez, Spain to have Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for them. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Jerez, were brought to the distillery to mature our New-Make spirit for a wonderfully complex whisky.
The resulting whisky has strong aromas of rich red fruits, balanced by gentle oak, caramel and lemon freshness. A medium bodied palate with a light, fruity, sherry sweetness. Dark chocolates and rich fruits are followed by gentle oak notes. A long finish with dark chocolate lingering.
