      Established in 2014 in Tel Aviv the heart of Israel’s culinary and drinking scene. Milk & Honey Distillery produces whiskies that are not only kosher they use the climate to create a whisky which takes on their specific terroir (It’s no secret that the weather in the middle east is hot and dry). After a minimum of three years maturation the whisky is graceful, using a combination of bourbon, red wine and kosher sherry barrels the distillery is producing some excellent whisky.

      Red apple and stone fruits on the nose, fresh honeycomb and beeswax polished oak with nutmeg and clove spices that are reminiscent of hot apple pie.
