      Founded in 1824, The Macallan was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then, The Macallan has built a reputation as one of the world’s truly great single malt whiskies. The Macallan No.6, part of the Macallan Masters Decanter Series, has been created to showcase the gorgeous range of the Macallan's natural colour, delivering classic Macallan characteristics in celebration of spice and richness.

      Bringing together the art of whisky making with he Lalique craftsmanship, Macallan created a stunning whisky encased in the finest crystal decanter. A complex and rich single malt taking its unique natural colour and character from first fill Sherry season oak casks from Spain. These casks were produced by hand by master craftsmen of Jerez de la Frontera, the home of sherry. The casks are taken from one cooperage ensuring the infinite character and quality at the heart of this rich single malt. Rich in spice and dried fruit with a layer of heady orange groves, this is an enticing, dark, whisky delivering classic Macallan character.
