    The Kyoto Distillery was founded in 2016 and is Japan's first dedicated gin distillery. Their flagship Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin has won the International Wine and Spirits Competition Trophy for Best Contemporary Gin, whilst the distillery has been awarded a Trophy as International International Gin Producers of the Year.

    This set includes 1x 200ml bottle of the KI NO BI, KI NO BI SEI, AND KI NO TEA.

    KI NO BI
    This gin containers 11 botanicals including yuzu, gyokuro team, and ginger, grouped by flavour into what they call the 6 Elements, which are macerated and distilled separately, before being blended together with Fushimi water.

    KI NO BI SEI
    This is an amplified version of the class gin with higher alcohol strength and a greater concentration of the same 11 botanicals. Outstanding in a Gin & Tonic or a Negroni.

    KI NO TEA
    This gin is a unique expression bursting with intense aromas and depth of flavour from the finest tencha and gyokuro, grown in the Uji region of Kytoto.
