On the nose, expect enticing aromas of milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin, and cracked black pepper. The palate brings a delightful interplay of manuka honey, poached apples, golden sultanas, and sweet cacao, finishing long with vanilla cream, brioche, orange peel, and warm spices. This 15-year-old single malt is best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or over ice.
Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and further enhanced in hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and 15-year-old Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, this expression carries natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
