      One might be surprised Irish Whiskey was not as booming years ago as it is today. Many distilleries dwindled precariously, all joining forces at one stage simply to survive. It should also be remembered, however, that Irish whiskey has a long and glorious history and was the most popular spirit in the world back in the 19th century.

      From an undisclosed Irish Distillery, this 14 Year Old Single Malt is bursting with aromas of pears, nectarines, and apricot. Creamy vanilla and cereal notes broken up with fresh herbs. Kitchen spices and citrus zest follow across the palate with melting chocolate. A fresh fruit finish with the sweetness of stewed plums and peaches.
