      Terra Felix Shiraz 2015's grapes come from a single ten year old vineyard planted in the rich red Cambrian soil. 2015 was an outstanding vintage. The grapes were fermented in open vats at cool temperatures. The wine was racked into 225 litre French oak barriques where it matured for 12 months. It is a classic dry red that expresses both the variety and region. This Shiraz delivers an aroma of red and black fruits with a hint of chocolate and spice. The palate is full flavoured finishing with length and balance. With careful cellaring, this wine will develop further for up to 10 years. The winemaker for this wine was Willy Lunn.
