      10 years ago Sullivans Cove was given the opportunity to distil wines from the Huon Valley and from this came their collaboration with the thriving Tasmanian wine country and the creation of the Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask Brandy. The resulting spirits has incredible character and complexity, aged for many years by the unique Tasmanian climate in various American and European oak casks.

      Similar to their Single Cask whiskies, the Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask Brandy is bottled one cask at a time, allowing each to express its own unique character and producing only a very few bottles of rare quality.
