      10 years ago Sullivans Cove was given the opportunity to distil wines from the Huon Valley and from this came their collaboration with the thriving Tasmanian wine country and the creation of the Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask Brandy. The resulting spirits has incredible character and complexity, aged for many years by the unique Tasmanian climate.

      Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy is a blend of brandies age from 8 to 10 years in a variety of American and European oak casks, lending to a nuance and complexity of flavour unmatched in Australian brandy.
