Sullivans Cove Old & Rare TD0187 is a 17-year-old single malt matured in a 300L French oak cask that previously held Australian tawny—crafted with the patience and precision that define the distillery’s Old & Rare series. Filled in June 2007 and decanted in September 2024, this whisky spent over 17 years developing remarkable depth, balance and complexity. Just 443 bottles exist, each a snapshot of slow-crafted excellence.
This cask delivers a lighter tawny profile—refined yet layered. From floral notes and tropical fruit to soft spice, BBQ glaze and sweet pastry, TD0187 unfolds in waves, balancing sweetness with savoury intrigue. Bottled at 47% ABV, the spirit’s full character is preserved, showcasing the seamless integration of French oak and extended maturation.
Presented in a handcrafted oak box, TD0187 is both collectible and deeply satisfying in the glass.
