Aged entirely in a 300L American oak cask that once held another Sullivans Cove single malt, this whisky delivers astonishing texture, complexity, and length. Just 406 bottles were drawn—each one a chapter of Australian whisky history.

Second-fill casks like this reveal the true heart of Sullivans Cove’s spirit. These barrels have never held bourbon or sherry—only Sullivans whisky—allowing the native esters from the copper still Myrtle to shine through, untouched by aggressive oak.
