Each year, Sullivans Cove tastes hundreds of barrels and hand select those that exemplify the finest qualities of American oak matured single malt. Only the most exceptional whiskies are released as single casks. This is the finest example of Tasmania's growing repertoire of award winning American oak matured single malts. Single casks have very low yields, resulting in a limited number of unique bottles in every batch, never to be repeated again.
