      Bev and Ian Glen have their roots steeped in the Scottish brewing and distilling industry and they moved to Australia, complete with children and dog, in 2006 with the aim of establishing Bathurst’s first micro-distillery. 

      Bev and Ian created this specially formulated savoury gin based and infused local black truffle sourced fresh from the Bathurst Region. The nose hints of truffle and juniper. The palate is complemented with coriander seed, flaked salt and black pepper. Truffle flavour lingers on the after-taste, giving nice length to this gin.
