From their experimental Projects Program, time to welcome back Starward's Ginger Beer Cask Release #6. For this limited release, these Melbourne based distillers took their juicy single malt whisky and finished it in casks previously holding their distillery brewed ginger beer. Loaded with ginger and citrus peel, it leads with fire and spice.
In the glass, this drop is a golden amber colour. Aromas of ginger, dark chocolate, and orange across the nose. A strong spicy ginger palate with pineapple and fresh vanilla. A big, warming mouthfeel with citrus and candied ginger finish.
