      Spring Bay whiskies are hand crafted by the sea on the East Coast of Tasmania. They are produced using on the finest ingredients including locally sourced rain water and premium Tasmanian barley. The barrels are exposed to seas mist from the nearby Spring Bay. 

      The Spring Bay Tasmanian Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky has aromas of raisins and caramel. Lifted floral notes across the palate with caramel and dried fruit sweetness with some hints of white pepper. A long and delicious finish. Slightly smokey coming from the heavy cask charring.
