Cropped at the right level on their pristine Orange hillside, the team at See Saw Wines have produced a wine that is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian influenced food. See Saw Organic Pinot Gris 2020 is pale straw with a light green, youthful hue. The nose is of fresh and lifted Granny Smith apple, pear, honeysuckle and spice. Continuing on the the palate with fresh, crisp with hints of citrus and spice, complemented by mouth-watering fruit richness and long crisp finish.
