The must thus obtained is fermented at controlled temperature, first in stainless steel tanks. It is added to the wine obtained a liqueur de tirage before proceeding with a second fermentation in an autoclave. The cuvée is aged on the lees for a few months, thus obtaining a wine elegant and creamy on the palate.
It reveals a precious straw yellow, crossed by greenish reflections. The fruity bouquet plays on fragrances of spring flowers, enlivened by the panache of tropical fruit. sugared almonds, dried fruit and lemon zest complete the rich flavor profile. The sip, round and enveloping, it spreads pleasant mineral notes, spread over a mantle of white flowers. The perlage fine and delicate, it gives a further touch of extreme elegance.
