The 2017 vintage uses fruit sourced from cool-climate regions including Adelaide Hills, SA, Tumbarumba, NSW, & Tasmania. In true Bin 311 style, this wine exhibits lemon-lime aromas and a mineral acid backbone, complemented by barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak.

Chardonnay made with grapes sourced from the Adelaide Hills, Tasmania and Tumbarumba regions. Clean, pure, highly varietal nose. White peach and nectarine, a flintiness rising. The palate introduces toast, malt, wheaty elements and a little funk, though it’s well contained. There are many elements here and yet they present in unison. Dry, serious finish. Bristling length.
