Metaxa 7 stars is a generous Greek spirit, the 7 stars represents the 7 years of ageing of this delicate but bold brandy. Imagine pronounced florals, marmalade and plum fruit, gently spiced with black pepper. Lots to love.

Metaxa 7 Stars is a blend of three ingredients, a double pot still brandy made from wine produced from Savatiano, Soultanina and Koritnthiakos grape varieties, aged a minimum of seven years in Limousin oak casks. Aged aromatic Muscat wines from the Aegean Islands of Samos and Lemnos, and last but not least an infusion of Mediterranean herbs and May rose petals. The final blend is married in oak barrels for one year before being chilled filtered and bottled.

Old gold in colour, it reveals delicate fruity aromas, followed by full, balanced flavours. Metaxa 7 Stars’ fruity and generous character is best explored neat, on ice or in cocktails.
