      Mada Riesling is a classic pure, zesty Murrumbateman Riesling with integrates layers of texture and exotic spice. The fruit is grown by The Lambert Family in the Murrumbateman, Canberra District

      This wine is 30% Whole berry fermentation in ceramic egg, wild ferment on skins for four weeks before being pressed to stainless steel. 70% Stainless steel tank fermentation. 

      Mada Wines produces a collection of passionately made small-batch wines from the Canberra region. Winemaker Hamish Young, guided by a philosophy of ‘celebrating origin’ and drawing on his deep familiarity with the region, delivers generous wines which retain their delicacy and demonstrate an abiding respect for his craft.
