The Maker
Listo was founded in Sydney by Stevie and their partner, born from years of making Margaritas for friends and family. What began with a homemade Marg Cart evolved during travels through the US and Mexico in 2019, when repeated requests for their simple, fresh recipe sparked the idea for a ready-to-use mix. Returning home, the first batches were made in Stevie’s father’s kitchen, with family pitching in to label, pour and deliver. From these beginnings, Listo has grown into a dedicated producer while keeping its roots firmly tied to community and craft.
Philosophy
The philosophy behind Listo is grounded in authenticity and simplicity. Inspired by the classic Tommy’s Margarita, the mix is built from real lime juice, agave nectar and water—ingredients chosen to respect tequila and enhance its character rather than disguise it.
