      The Klopp Pinot Gris from Mornington Peninsula could not have arrived at a more perfect time. For any diehard Liverpool fan, a toast to their manager is a must for what has been a long wait over the last 20 years. 

      A rich golden colour from the ever so slight minimal skin contact with a medium well- oiled palate. On the nose jasmine and rose petals. Fermentation using indigenous yeasts followed by partial or full malolactic fermentation. Deliciously crisp the flavor is full of lemon and zest, citrus and a nice dry finish.
