      Killara Distillery is owned and operated by Kristy Booth-Lark, daughter of Aussie whisky guru, Bill Lark. Kristy was previously Head Distiller, and General Manager at Lark. A one woman band and champion of women in distilling, Kristy has also founded the Australian Women in Distilling Association. 

      Each bottling from Killara is a unique experience. They use local water and Tasmanian barley for their small batch whiskies matured in oak casks. KD007 Single Malt Whisky is matured in a 100L Ex-Tawny Port cask, then finished in an ex Laphroaig cask for an additional 12 weeks. Limited to only 200 bottles, get yours before its gone!
