      Long bourbon cask ageing has sculpted a whisky rich in vanilla, butterscotch and toasted oak, layered with Kilchoman’s distinctive thread of coastal smoke. The peat is gentle and integrated, allowing the sweetness of caramel, baked apple and honeycomb to take centre stage. It’s an elegant reflection of the distillery’s evolution — a spirit matured not only in cask, but in philosophy.

      As part of the 20th Anniversary Cask Series, this 18 Year Old showcases the lighter, more polished side of Kilchoman’s character.
