      A sherry cask matured reflection of Islay’s soul. The Kilchoman 20th Anniversary 15 Year Old Sherry Cask celebrates two decades of independent whisky-making with a release that captures the full, matured expression of the farm distillery’s Islay character. Drawn from five Oloroso sherry butts filled between 2008 and 2009, this limited bottling was matured entirely on Islay and released at 52.7% ABV. Non-chill filtered and natural in colour, it represents Kilchoman’s patient craftsmanship and dedication to the island’s distilling tradition.

      This release is the deepest and richest in the 20th Anniversary Cask Series. Layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, spice and maritime smoke unfold gradually, anchored by the weight of long sherry cask maturation. The house’s trademark peat remains present but refined, weaving through the sweetness of raisins and figs with poise and warmth. Limited to just over 3,000 bottles, it stands as both a commemoration and a benchmark for the distillery’s progression from revival to icon.
