      The Riesling grape enjoys ideal growing conditions in the slate soil and mild climate of the steep, sun-drenched slopes of the Middle Mosel Valley. After a long, continuous vegetation, J. J. Prum provides a careful selection and vinification. The resulting Joh Jos Prum Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett 2016 has an outstanding longevity. It is rich in taste with a fresh, fruit, delicate flavor, and low alcohol content. The attack on the palate is racy and piquant; the wine is complex and very pure, highly elegant and finesse-full, yet intense and concentrated, with ripe pineapple flavors and a pure, salty, very mineral finish. This is highly delicate Riesling with a complex terroir expression
