    Less tightly furled than the 2017, this is perfumed, concentrated or just so expressive. While this will evolve with time it is really approachable now. Decant to see the full symphony of this wine. “Classic Kabinett, with slightly more intensity,” is how Katharina Prüm succinctly underrates her 2018 Kabinetts. The 2018 wines can effortlessly stand up to a broader range of dishes; sashimi, lighter Asian dishes and even steak or tuna tartare for example.

Slick and sweet-appley fruited, floral notes, pretty and holding good intensity. Long and slippery, relatively mono-dimensional but pleasing.
