In Hida, the sake is all about "Joie de vivre" - living life and enjoying it to the gull. This sake can be enjoyed with a variety of foods including tempura, sukiyaki, and tofu dishes. This Junmai-shu is distinctively unique with bold and satisfying flavour. It has a soft banana flavour with creamy sweetness, but pleasing bitter touch to the underlying flavour elements. Dry but acidic finish is quickly complemented by a gentle fruitiness that disappears and makes you want to taste it again.
