      Hobart Whisky is a proud culmination of Tasmanian climate, endeavour and skill. 

      Hobart Whisky Signature is a marriage of carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. A satisfying light ex-bourbon cask single malt that delights with vanilla, toffee and some gentle spice. 

      Aromas of fresh warm caramel fudge with vanilla bean and cinnamon spice. Vanilla and toffee on the palate over malty and clean oak foundations. This classic bourbon cask dram has a lovely zing and brightness. A couple of drops of water serve to sweeten the sensation and open some subtle floral tones. Long and clean finish with hints of sweet marzipan almond flavours.
