      Hobart Whisky is a family-owned distillery based in Hobart, Tasmania, and their philosophy is entirely based around making whisky for them, that they love, and want to share.

      Bottled for Tasmanian whisky week 2022 this dram was matured in a combination of Hillrock Distillery, Maker’s Mark and Dark Horse ex-bourbon casks for 5 years before being vatted and finished in a pair of Laphroaig Quarter casks for around 4 months. 

      A nose of light peat leads to malty caramel sweetness, some light floral notes and light rye influenced spice. Lingering Islay peat notes tie it all together and leave it with a long and satisfying finish.
