      The Hitachino Nest DAi DAi IPA is brewed with fukure mikan orange and three differnt hops - Bourgogne, Chinook, and Hallertau. The refreshing flavour of these Japanese wild breed mandarins compliments the citrusy hops. A perfect balance between Umami taste and hoppy bitterness. 

      Founded in 1823, the Kiuchi Brewery has been the at the heart of the Kounosu village in Japan for close to two centuries. Originally built as a sake brewery, in 1994 Japan's brewing laws were relaxed to give small breweries a chance to compete with the main 4 breweries in Japan. Three short years later, Hitachino was winning international awards for their creations and haven't looked back since.
