Highland Park Mjølner 14 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky is a collaboration between the Mjølner restaurant group and Highland Park Distillery. A Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery that proudly stands apart from all others with its Viking heritage, to release a cask strength 14yr old single malt especially for Australia. As Highland Park is the Single Malt Whisky with Viking Soul it was a natural collaboration for Mjølners first Bottling. The Mjølner bottling is unprecedented as they have gained exclusive access to a unique combination of Highland Park single casks, it is indeed the first time that they have combined single casks to create a bespoke whisky for a customer and the first in the Australian market.

Matured in first-fill Sherry seasoned European Oak and American oak casks and bottled at cask strength, this whisky has dominant spiced fruit cake aromas and flavours throughout, stemming from the sherry casks, along with sweet caramel and vanilla notes and a touch of peaty smoke.
