Hailing from Tasmania, the Hellyers Road 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was released in 2014. This whisky has a calming softness coming from the ageing in ex-bourbon American Oak barrels. It is produced using some of the worlds purest drinking water and premium Tasmanian grain. Non-chill filtered and no artificial colouring added.
This single malt whisky is copper in colour with a warm glow. The nose hints at citrus and vanilla. The palate boasts an oily sweetness, lingering through honey and lavender, to a toasty, mellow aftertaste.
