      Heathcote Estate, located in the historic Heathcote region of Australia, is known for producing exceptional wines, particularly their renowned Heathcote Shiraz. Established in 1999, the vineyard is situated on ancient Cambrian soils that contribute to the unique characteristics of their wines. Led by winemaker Tom Carson, the estate focuses on crafting wines that reflect the distinct qualities of the region and their own site. They are dedicated to organic practices and have received certification for their commitment. Heathcote Estate primarily produces single vineyard and 'single block release' shiraz, with plans to release a small-batch Nebbiolo wine in the future.

      The Heathcote Estate Shiraz 2020 is a distinct and exceptional wine originating from the vineyard owned by the family in Drummonds Lane, situated in the renowned wine region of Heathcote, Central Victoria. The vineyard's unique character comes from carefully selected sections planted on 500 million-year-old Cambrian soil. The 2020 vintage was exceptional, resulting in a classic Heathcote Estate Shiraz with remarkable intensity and extract. The wine is known for its concentration, structure, lifted perfume, layers of flavour and a long, seamless finish. Packaged in a gift box, it is an ideal gift for wine enthusiasts and can age gracefully for up to 10 years with proper cellaring.

      The 2020 vintage in Heathcote was excellent, producing a classic Heathcote Estate Shiraz. A dry and cold winter, cool spring and mild summer has produced a remarkable wine with great intensity and extract. - Tom Carson, Winemaker.

      Characterised by its remarkable concentration, this intense and structured wine has lifted perfume, layers of flavour, dark fruits, spice and a long, seamless, persistent finish. Cellared carefully, this wine will age gracefully for 10 years.

      Sourced from 5 sections of the vineyard, producing 18 batches of wines, each handled separately. Matured in French puncheons. Superlative wine showing great elegance. Concentrated ripe dark plum, blackberries, dried herbs, earthy sweetness, violet and more.
