    Headlands Distilling Co. was founded in 2015 by four friends, with nothing more than a goal to produce unique, handcrafted spirits. Featuring two science PhD’s- Lachie and Thomas, an organic chemist/chemical engineer- Jared, and a business specialist, Dean, each member of the team brings an individual set of useful skills. Headlands Distilling Co. focuses on two main areas. Crafting delicious spirits completely from scratch on site and creating tasting experiences which have not been done before.

    Rich raisins and preserved fruits are married with butterscotch, smooth charred oak and vanilla in this Australian whisky. Prepared from locally grown malted barley, the whisky in this release was distilled and barrelled in the coast town of Wollongong. It was finished in oak casks that were seasoned with 150 year old Seppetsfield Rare Muscat - an exclusive Australian fortified wine. This complex, balanced Australian single malt whisky offers a grain to glass drinking experience, ready to be shared.
