The Grosset Polish Hill Riesling 2019 contains subtle but distinct floral aromas of lemon and lime blossom, and violets and lavender. This varies from the shyness and restraint of many of the Polish Hill Riesling. The intensity of the juicy lime flavours and fine linear structure is more dramatic and overtly tight than most other wines. It is powerful, multi-layered, richly concentrated and has an immediacy on release. This wine is bone dry with a powerful and persistent length. Enjoy this riesling now or cellar for the next 6-15 years.
Grosset Wines is an independently owned winery producing eight highly regarded premium wines each vintage. Established in 1981, the winery is situated in the historic township of Auburn in South Australia’s Clare Valley. There are four estate-owned vineyards; each is located in higher altitude country just north of the winery; each is certified organic and all fruit is hand-picked and processed through the organically certified winery at Auburn.
