      Grosset Piccadilly Chardonnay 2022

      Light, bright lemon-yellow colour and a subtle, reserved bouquet of lemon, almond, honey and subtle smoky, buttery croissant overtones. The wine is refined and intense in the mouth, with a winning combination of drive and subtlety. The line and length are impeccable and it promises to reward cellaring. Delicious now, too.

      Nectarine, ripe lime, cashew and nougat, sweet spices and cedar, just a flicker of aniseed. It’s a flavoursome wine, bold in its delivery of classic Adelaide Hills flavour, but has excellent control and shape, with flinty strikes to the texture, and bright citrus acidity on a gently creamy finish of excellent length. Also, maybe some candied lime rind in the mix too. Very good.

      Flinty, Creamy, Candied Lime

      Finishes with flinty strikes to the texture, and bright citrus acidity on a gently creamy finish of excellent length. Also, maybe some candied lime rind in the mix too.
